by David Brenton, Team Broker/Owner
“Passion is the difference between having a job or having a career.”
Let me say that 65 is not what it used to be. When I was a kid, seeing my Grandparents celebrate their mid-sixties, I thought they were “old”. Now that I am approaching this milestone birthday, I know that I am still very much in my prime.
Rumors have been circulating around our market that I have retired, but don’t let my white beard fool you; I am still in the trenches of real estate, working every day alongside my Team to serve our clients and loving every minute.
I am blessed to say that I have been passionately serving as a Real Estate Broker as my full time career since 1992. Shortly after beginning my journey, I hired my first Team Member and David Brenton’s Team was formed.
I still experience the same joy that I did decades ago as we provide exceptional real estate service for our friends, family, and clients, and I hope to continue to do so well into my further “old” age.
Thankfully, I am able to fully enjoy the benefits of our Team structure and spend time with my friends and family while still being a fixture on our Team and in the Central Indiana real estate community.
Real estate has been no stranger to uncommon circumstances over the decades I have been involved. But it’s no surprise to say that this year has been unlike any other, as COVID-19 has impacted the incomes and housing situations of so many.
The difference between my Team and other realtors is that…
“We strive to excel in the uncommon situations.”
Our goal is to tackle all of the road bumps and hiccups for our clients, so they don’t have to. Even though we saw many new hurdles this year, we see new ones every day, so we are always prepared to face whatever obstacle may be around the next corner.
Every real estate transaction is different and every client is unique. We’ve seen thousands of different scenarios, so we’re prepared for anything. But we also know that our clients are people, not homes. That’s why we treat every client as a person, not just an address.
Our Team concept has continued to prove reliable in these uncertain times. By constructing our Team of talented individuals who are capable of adjusting their roles and eager to take on new responsibilities, we have been able to adapt to the changes of a post-COVID real estate world.
We know that, like us, your world has probably changed a lot in 2020. And in many cases, your changing world may involve new needs when it comes to your housing situation. If you or someone you know is in need of real estate help, my Team and I are here for you, now and well into the future.
