Like many essential businesses right now, we are doing our part to protect ourselves and everyone else by practicing social distancing and taking additional safety precautions. Working in an industry that is so communication-driven, we are fortunate to be able to utilize technology to keep in regular contact with our clients and Team members. Thankfully, this allows us to maintain our always-constant focus of providing excellent service to our clients while also creating a safe environment for everyone involved.
Though our office is currently open for appointments only, we are in constant contact with our clients through phone calls, video conferences, emails, and text messages. We offer 3D Virtual Tours on all of our listings, so our homes for sale can be toured digitally in a way that is both safe and convenient. We can even generate contracts remotely by utilizing electronic documents and digital signatures. Our daily Team huddles, which are so crucial to our connectivity as a Team, are now being done by video conferencing. This allows us to keep each other in the loop for everything that’s going on with our business and personal lives while we work safely from our home offices.
It may not look like business as usual on our end, but it allows us to provide the same high-quality service for our clients that we have offered for decades. Our homes are now our offices, and our entire Team is working diligently to serve those who need our help.
