Who is David Brenton’s Team?
While David is both the name and the face of the company, his true passion is in assisting clients with their real estate needs.
In order to free up his time to provide personal attention and care to clients, David has entrusted his daughter and seasoned Team Real Estate Broker, Sarah Brenton Smith, with managing all day-to-day operations of the Team. Sarah oversees the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our office running smoothly.
David works hard to maintain strong personal relationships with all clients but considering he has assisted thousands of clients over the years, even he sometimes needs a little bit of help.
That’s why he has two full-time Team Real Estate Brokers, Pam Huckaby and Kim Hall, who work hand-in-hand with David to see their transactions successfully to closing.
To expand the reach of our one-of-a-kind real estate experience, David has equipped our office with four additional hardworking & talented Team Real Estate Brokers, each of whom brings decades of real estate experience to our Team.
Steve Wade focuses most of his time on managing clients with home selling needs. However, all of our seasoned Team Real Estate Brokers work with both buyers and sellers.
To allow our Team Brokers to focus on the transaction needs of clients, David has assembled a Marketing Department dedicated to providing creative marketing for all of our properties.
As the Director of Creative Strategy, Jared Weyerbacher implements digital, print, & social media marketing plans.
Marketing Coordinator, Elizabeth Keenan, serves as our primary listing photographer, utilizing sophisticated 3D camera technology and software to create beautiful property marketing.
By often balancing a combination of marketing duties and client support, Julie Klaes, our Marketing Coordinator, serves as the glue that holds our office together.
Our most coveted role belongs to Rick Tyree, our Marketing Concierge, as he is the lucky one that takes our signs from For Sale to SOLD, while he coordinates our field property marketing.
By creating a Team with a common goal of exceptional customer care, David has been able to successfully assist more homeowners in our area than any other REALTOR.
