Meet Julie Klaes

Julie spent several years in various administrative roles for a professional services industry before joining David Brenton’s Team in 2018. Julie is the mother of two daughters: Rae, an optometrist specializing in vision therapy and Alison, a speech pathologist working with children. After raising her daughters in Pike Township, Julie and her husband Bill now reside in downtown Franklin along with their four rescue dogs.

Julie and Bill have a beautiful, blended family of four daughters, three sons-in law, and 5 grandchildren. Spending time and making memories with family, and her life-long friends, is high on her priority list.

Julie and Bill have enjoyed discovering the Franklin shops, restaurants, and catching a movie at The Historic Artcraft, and as a bonus, they can walk there. They also love to travel, either back to favorite destinations or exploring somewhere new. Their preferred mode of travel is either in their motorhome or convertible. While thoroughly enjoying a live concert or show, it’s even better if it requires a road trip.

A life-long dog lover, Julie has been helping rescue dogs through Havanese Angel League Organization (HALO) over the last several years. Most of the rescues are from puppy mills who are about to be euthanized because they are no longer considered “profitable” by the puppy mill. Giving a home to a foster dog until they are adopted has been both challenging and rewarding. Twice, unapologetically foster failing with seniors, Julie decided that the rescue had already found its home.

Julie coordinates the comings and goings of our office and provides crucial behind-the-scenes support for our sales staff. Her outgoing demeanor and enthusiasm toward client care shine through in her interactions with everyone who visits our office.
