Meet Kim Hall

Kim has been an active part of the community on the Southeast Side for more than 30 years. She and her husband Brian became homeowners after purchasing their first home in Beech Grove and have since purchased two homes in Franklin Township where they raised their family.

Kim and Brian now have two grown children, Adam & Emily, both of whom are married, and were recently blessed with their first grandchild. Kim has enjoyed helping them throughout the process of finding and purchasing their first homes.

With a lifelong passion for real estate, you might have seen her drawing floor plans as a child and touring historic homes and architectural tours on vacations. Kim says it best, “I have always wanted a career in real estate, but I knew that providing the best service to my clients would take me away from my young family. I’m thrilled to be at a point in my life where I can fulfill my own dreams while giving 100% to my clients.”

Serving people and creating relationships has driven Kim professionally throughout her career. For much of her life, Kim worked in various sales roles, enjoying the thrill of meeting her customers’ needs. After starting a family, she completed her teaching degree and had the pleasure of teaching at Bunker Hill Elementary in Franklin Township for 12 years. Kim loves working with children and helping them grow into their potential. Mostly, she has enjoyed the lasting relationships she built with her students and their families over the years.

Over the past 20 years, Kim has been a member and active volunteer at The Creek, serving in many different areas of ministry. She currently serves with Access Ministry each Sunday morning which allows her to continue to utilize her background as an educator.

As a REALTOR, the teacher side will patiently listen to her clients’ needs and concerns, then guide them through each step in the process of buying or selling their home. Kim looks forward to building and nurturing many more relationships.

If she’s not in the office or working with clients you might find her and Brian enjoying the empty nest years spending time with their grandson, family and friends, working on home projects, enjoying vacations and “Blues, Brews and Barbeque” themed weekend getaways.
