Meet Kim Hall
Kim has been an active part of the Southeast Side community for the past 26 years. She originally became a homeowner in Beech Grove with her husband Brian and has since then purchased two homes in Franklin Township.
Kim and Brian have two grown children, Adam & Emily, who are both engaged. Kim is looking forward to wedding planning and helping them find their first homes. She and Brian are enjoying the empty nest years with “Blues, Brews and Barbeque” themed weekend get-aways.
Kim has had a lifelong passion for real estate. Even as a child she was drawing floor plans, and touring historic homes on vacation. Kim says it best, “I have always wanted a career in real estate but I knew that providing the best service to my clients would take me away from my young family. I’m thrilled to be at a point in my life where I can fulfill my own dreams while helping my clients fulfill theirs by helping them find their dream home.”
For much of her life, Kim worked in sales, enjoying the thrill of meeting her customers’ needs. After becoming a mother she completed her teaching degree and had the pleasure of teaching at Bunker Hill Elementary for the past 12 years. Kim loves teaching children and helping them grow into their potential. Mostly, she enjoyed the relationships she built with children and their families over the years.
As a REALTOR, the teacher side will patiently listen to her clients’ needs and concerns, then guide them through each step in the process of buying or selling their home. Kim looks forward to building many more relationships.
Over the years Kim has been an active volunteer at The Creek, serving in many different areas. She currently serves with Access Ministry each Sunday morning which allows her to utilize her background as an educator.
Away from work, Kim enjoys spending time with family, catching festivals and live music shows in the community, and tackling projects in her house and yard.
