Meet the Team: Sarah Smith
Sarah (Brenton) Smith has a passion for real estate and all things related to housing! As David’s daughter, Sarah has been with the Team since the beginning. Growing up in a real estate household has provided her with years of training even before officially joining the Team.
Sarah has served in every role on the Team during her many years as a Team Member- from directional sign placement to REALTOR to Office Manager- she has done it all. With Sarah’s years of experiences and varied roles, she serves as a valued resource for all members of the Team. Sarah is a licensed REALTOR® since 2007 and currently manages the Team’s daily operations and marketing. She also coordinates the Team’s marketing efforts and oversees the Team’s Guaranteed Sale Program.
Sarah loves assisting clients with their housing goals. Whether a first time buyer or an estate sale, all real estate transactions have a story, and Sarah is most at home when connecting with clients and assisting on a personal level.
Sarah is a graduate of Perry Meridian High School (Class of 2000) and Butler University (Class of 2004) with a degree in Political Science and Sociology. She lives in Franklin Township with her husband, Hunter Smith, two adorable children, Marilyn and Spencer, and their two Dachshunds, Spud & Percy and two Basset Hounds, Gus & Amelia.
Advocacy is Sarah’s passion, and she has taken an active role in fundraising and advocacy for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Type 1 Diabetic research after her son Spencer’s T1D diagnosis in May 2014. The family has participated in the JDRF ONE Walk each year and fund raises regularly to support continued research. Sarah and Spencer also participate in clinical research projects through Riley Children’s Hospital to support all aspects of Type One Diabetes research.
When Sarah is not found at the Team office, you can most likely find her at Acton Elementary School. Sarah serves as the PTO President for Acton Elementary and loves volunteering and contributing at her children’s school. With a dynamic organizational style and a heart for helping, Sarah treasures the opportunity to impact our leaders of tomorrow.
When free time can be found, Sarah enjoys making crafts, reading and spending quality time with her family.
