Meet Steve Wade

Steve became licensed in real estate in 1980 and has worked full-time in the industry since 1994. His strong work ethic and diligence make him a valuable asset to his clients. Steve specializes in all aspects of residential sales, land and investment properties. He loves getting to know each client personally, and values his individual relationship with each. Steve’s compassion for others really shines through in the connections that he builds, which makes him an irreplaceable asset to the Team. His infectious laugh and outgoing personality can’t be missed when visiting the office!

Steve is a lifelong Southside resident. He grew up in Beech Grove and continues to live there today with his family. Steve is a member of Indian Creek Christian Church in Franklin Township. He and his wife Teresa blend together a family of seven children.

When he has free time, Steve likes to read, and watch movies, some of his favorites include Ben-Hur, and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. He loves to travel, his favorite destinations being Hawaii and the historical sites of the east coast.
